Booking your Lake Erie charter fishing trip with Coe Vanna Charters is quick and easy. We offer walleye, perch, and smallmouth bass charters along with convenient lodging options near the marina. Whether you’re planning a family trip, a group outing, or a multi‑day fishing adventure, we’ll help you secure the dates and accommodations you need.
How to Book Your Trip
To reserve your charter or lodging, call or text:

Charter deposits can be made by credit card over the phone, by mailing a check, or by using PayPal. Once your deposit is received, your dates will be officially reserved.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any of our fishing trips or lodging packages. You may choose a specific date or leave the certificate open to be scheduled later.
Gift certificates can be purchased by calling with a credit card or by using PayPal. Certificates are emailed or mailed as soon as the deposit is received. They are valid for two years from the date of issue.

Mail‑In Reservations
If you prefer to book by mail, print the reservation form and send it along with your deposit:
- $200.00 per boat per day for charter deposits
- $50.00 per night for lodging deposits
When mailing a check or using PayPal, please include:
- Name the charter is booked under
- Fishing dates
- Lodging dates (if applicable)
- Contact phone number

PayPal Deposits
You may use PayPal to submit your deposit. Enter any amount — charter deposits are $200.00 per boat per day. For example, a three‑day trip with one boat requires a $600.00 deposit.
When using PayPal, include a note with your name, the name the trip is booked under, and your fishing and lodging dates. You may also text Capt. Dave at 419‑355‑4732 to confirm your deposit.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
It is important to book early for prime fishing dates — our schedule fills quickly each year.
- Dates cannot be reserved without a deposit.
- Deposits are refunded in the event of poor weather.
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to your trip may be applied to a future booking.
- Credits must be used within one year of the cancellation date.
